Social Luncheon

The Sample menus will give you some ideas but in all catered events we strive to be unique and exciting, every menu being a product of what the host wants and needs and our assistance by putting together creative, imaginative menus that take into account dietary restrictions. We customize our menus by focusing on seasonal, sustainable foods and an essential ingredient … our passion for food and entertaining.

SANDWICH SELECTION

A selection of fillings to include: Honey roasted ham with cheddar Smoked turkey breast with cranberry mayo Roast beef with horseradish aioli Free range egg salad Grilled vegetable with pesto aioli Served on a selection of fresh breads and wraps with mixed organic greens or spring vegetable rotini salad Assorted home-style cookies and fresh baked squares

Baked potatoes ready to be filled with which ever filling you choose Guests may help themselves to an array of fillings including: tuna and sweet corn, homemade beef chili, marinated chicken, mixed roasted vegetables, salsa, applewood smoked bacon, sour cream, and assorted cheeses Served with fresh seasonal salad

 

MEXICANA FIESTA

Chicken & Steak Fajita’s Served with flour tortillas and all the fixings, Mexican rice, corn salad and mixed organic greens
